Yoga For pain
Yoga is a lifestyle and embodied practice that incorporates postures, breath regulation, sound, and meditative practices, empowering you to gain mastery over your mind and become the healer of your own body. Through yoga one can cultivate mindfulness, develop inner awareness, and build strength and resilience. Yoga can be practiced beyond the mat as a lifestyle that positively transforms your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
The initial yoga session will include a review of your health, exploration of your wellness goals, and a personalized practice. The yoga practices will be tailored to your unique constitution, needs, and capabilities. You will be provided with an electronic copy of a review of the session and recommendations for your own practice, suited to your specific needs and life circumstances. In subsequent yoga sessions, we will continue to build your personal practice and modify as needed. Subsequent sessions may be recorded for you to keep and use for regular practice. You are welcome to book a free introductory call to learn more about yoga and how it may be of benefit to you.
